Member and Member Guest Bookings 2023
This information outlines the booking process for NTAC members and their accompanied guests. Please read our 2023 booking policy, terms and conditions to ensure that you are familiar with the booking procedures, invoicing and payment timelines and other details. Rates are included in this information. If you still have questions after reading this information and the booking policy document, or for information on group bookings and use of facilities for functions both in ski season and throughout the year please email bookings.
The Lodge/Fred Units will be available for bookings from the second weekend in June and close after the first weekend in September. Bookings in 2023 will be managed differently to previous years as we are extending our season. The booking form enables booking for both available and expression of interest dates – see the table below for details on dates.
Expressions of Interest
For all weekends from mid June until mid July we are operating on expressions of interest whilst we get a feel for booking numbers – so let us know that you want to book in and we’ll run the lodge based on your interest. If we don’t have sufficient numbers to run the big lodge Frederick Smithies units are available.
Direct Bookings (and Member Priority Period)
Bookings for all weekends from the middle of July until the close in September will be subject to the member priority booking period. For all other weekends and midweek options bookings will be managed as they are received. The lodge will be open for these weekends and the stated midweek times, with the Fred Smithies Units available for booking for any other midweek stays (subject to availability). If you want to book for dates that are not shown in the form please email bookings to check availability of Frederick Smithies units.
