Member with Accompanied Guests Bookings Form

Please use this form to book single or multiple stays for members and your accompanied guests. Please ensure that you list ages for any non-member children.

You can use this form to:

Lodge a booking for you and your guests for single or multiple date stays.

If you have already lodged your member bookings and wish to add guests please use the Append member guest version of this form to save you needing to repeat your member booking details.

Please ensure that you have read our 2026 booking policy before placing your bookings in the form below.

Note:
Rates vary for members and member guests. Child rate is charged for children between 4 and 17 years old. Children 3 years and under stay free but must be listed on booking requests.

Making your bookings

Please ensure that all names for the booking are included on this form. Children's ages at time of stay need to be listed to enable invoicing.  Bookings cannot be confirmed without names for all guests and ages for children.
