NTAC Bookings 2026
Please read our booking policy, terms and conditions to ensure that you are familiar with the booking procedures, invoicing and payment timelines and other details. This information outlines the booking process for NTAC members and their accompanied guests. Rates are included in this information. If you still have questions after reading this information and the booking policy document, or for information on group bookings and use of facilities for functions both in ski season and throughout the year please email bookings.
The Lodge is available for bookings for the June long weekend and on the dates as showing available in the booking form date picker throughout July, August and September. The Frederick Smithies Lodge is not available or bookings between May and September 2026, however if are interested in unit bookings outside these months please contact us at bookings. Group bookings can also be taken for any dates not currently showing in the booking form so please contact us to discuss these.
Which booking form?
Form A: The main form for members to book single or multiple dates for their family. Only members can be booked, and you need a separate form if names change between bookings. This is a speedy way for members to book all your weekends at once.
Form B: the form to use if you’re booking yourself and some friends to come up to stay.
Form C: the extra option you asked for. If you’ve already booked yourself weekends through the member form but want to bring friends for one of those weekends, or want to add someone to an existing booking use this form. Guests (such as prospective members) not staying with a member can also lodge bookings through this form.
